Yes. Reefred ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and international orders may include customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited or freight shipments may vary depending on carrier and distance. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

How do I place an Order?
Browse our catalog, add parts to your cart, and checkout securely. For bulk or special orders, you can also email us directly.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us at info@reefred.com within 24 hours to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, it cannot be changed, though eligible items may still be returned.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows you to track orders, save details, and access exclusive offers.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment in real time.
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in original packaging. Used or installed products are non-returnable. To request a return, email info@reefred.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
